How long does a project take?

A web MVP starts at 4-6 weeks, a custom ERP runs 3-6 months depending on complexity. We agree clear timelines at kickoff and deliver navigable increments every 2 weeks.

Do you only work in Rome or across Europe?

We work remotely with clients across Italy and Europe. For enterprise projects we travel on-site when needed, especially during discovery and go-live.

Does the customer own the code?

Yes, always. At the end of every project we hand over the full source code, infrastructure credentials and technical documentation. No lock-in.

Do you handle maintenance after release?

Yes, we offer evolutionary and corrective maintenance contracts with dedicated SLAs. We monitor performance, security and availability.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope. As a benchmark: a website starts around €8,000, an MVP from €25,000, an enterprise ERP from €60,000 upwards. We always provide a detailed quote after a free discovery call.

Rinoova at WMF 2026: three days in the Startup District

From June 24th to 26th, 2026 we were at BolognaFiere among the best startups from over 90 countries. Here is what we showed and what we brought home.

From June 24th to 26th, 2026, Rinoova was at WMF – We Make Future in Bologna, the biggest international fair on AI, Tech and Digital, with a booth in the Startup District: the space gathering the most promising startups from over 90 countries.

What we brought to the fair

At our booth (Hall 29, area A9) visitors could get hands-on with three things:

Chatbots everywhere — AI assistants trained on company data, deployable on websites, WhatsApp and social channels within days.
MCP servers — with Rivinci we turn a company's existing APIs into MCP servers ready for AI agents, without writing code.
Custom software — ERPs, management systems and integrations that speak the language of the production process, not the other way around.

What we brought home

Three days of live demos and dozens of conversations with entrepreneurs, developers and fellow startups confirmed one thing: SMEs want to use AI, but don't know where to start. The gap between the hype and a concrete use case — a chatbot answering customers, a management system killing double data entry — is still huge.

That is exactly the space we work in: taking frontier technologies and turning them into tools a company actually uses, every day.

WMF was a starting point, not a finish line. In the coming months we will use this blog to share the projects born from those conversations in Bologna.
